SCGS Workshop Vendor Table Registration

On Friday and Saturday, July 7 and 8, 2023 the South Carolina Genealogical Society will hold its Annual Summer Workshop at the South Carolina Archives and History Center in Columbia, South Carolina.

The South Carolina Genealogical Society would like to offer you an opportunity to participate in this workshop by becoming a vendor. Vendor registration is $40.00 for a full table or $35.00 for a small table. We are offering a catered lunch this year on both days. If you are interested in displaying your software or books at this workshop, please return the enclosed pre-registration form with the registration fee. Please indicate the number of tables you need to reserve. One table is free with your registration. There is a $15.00 charge for each additional table.

If you are unable to attend the Summer Workshop, we invite you to participate by donating a door prize, a Silent Action item or advertising your company in our Program Book. In past years, we have awarded genealogical software programs, CD-ROMs, tote bags, t-shirts, books, and coupons for catalog or online purchases, etc., as door prizes. All donations will be acknowledged in the Workshop Program. This will provide your company with valuable publicity within the genealogical community. Also enclosed is information on advertising rates in our program book.
